Overview Bacteria cause infection within operating theatres. PES offers a selection of ceilings to suits all surgical applications. Supplied with optional air-conditioning and control systems, or as part of an existing mechanical services systems, the PES range of specialist ceilings reduce the risk of post-operative infection, whilst providing optimum comfort through the use of conditioned, filtered clean air. The system is designed to allow the client to select from a variety of lighting and diffuser arrangements to suit the specific requirements of the operating team.

Essential features The ceilings consist of a plenum box supplied with conditioned air from the central system via HEPA filters mounted on the inlet to the supply ceiling.
All ceiling incorporate supports to secure them to the main structural frame of the modular operating theatre. The air-light diffusers with an open area of sufficient resistance to create laminar air flow from the diffusers face.

Diffusing air into the theatres, uniformly over the total area, the PES range of ventilated ceilings provide the sterility and cleanliness required in today's operating theatre environment. The operation procedures can never be affected by shadows, shimmering Lights and dazzling eyes. This has been achieved by PES Air/ Light ceiling system with illumination level in excess of 1500 LUX at the wound site and to provide flicker less design along with dimmable lighting system.

Operating theatres need to be protected from the ingress of airborne contamination to maintain the air in a clean and sterile condition. Suitably sized air relief pressure damper strategically placed, enable differential room pressures to be maintained and ensure that when doors are opened between clean and dirty areas there is sufficient air flow through the open door to prevent cross contamination.

PES X -Ray Viewer is used in modern operating theatres to ease the operating staff during operation stage .PES X-Ray viewing screens are built by using the high efficiency electronics regulating ballast with dimming PCB for controlling the light dimming ,ranging from 100%-10%. X-Ray film could be clip securely onto the viewer for the best viewing result. The PES range of X-ray viewing screens are ideally suited for general, surgical and dental. Available as
single, double, three, four plate models.

PES hermetic sliding door is specially designed for use in environments such as Operating theatres, Clean rooms, Laboratories and other areas. As standard, each PES door has the quality, ease of control and durability necessary for modern clean environments.
