ADITYA SHARMA

Aditya Sharma, aged 57 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honours) from the University of Delhi. He is also an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also empanelled as an Independent Director with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (“IICA”). He has an overall experience of about 23 years and was previously associated with DCM Technologies, Market Rx India Private Limited, Nucleus Software Exports Limited, RBS India Development Centre Private Limited and Axtria India Private Limited. He has been associated with our Company as an Independent Director since July 15, 2026.
