GAURAV CHADHA

Gaurav Chadha, aged 47 years, is a Whole Time Director and one of the Promoters of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and a Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology (Centre for Distance Learning), Ghaziabad, and Vidyasagar University, West Bengal. He has been associated with our Company as a Director since April 29, 2005, and has over 21 years of experience in the hospital infrastructure and medical engineering industry. In his current capacity as Executive Director, he is entrusted with the overall management of the Company and is actively involved in strategic decision-making, business development, project planning and monitoring, and overseeing the execution of key projects of the Company.
