PANKAJ CHADHA

Pankaj Chadha aged 51 years, is a Whole Time Director of our Company. He is also one of the Promoters of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. He also holds a Diploma in Business Management, Advance Diploma in Business Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology (Centre for Distance Learning, Ghaziabad). He has been associated with our Company as a Director since its incorporation on November 23rd, 1995. He has 31 years of experience in hospital infrastructure and medical engineering industry. In his current capacity as Executive Director, he is handling and overseeing various functions relating to sales, marketing and business Development. His responsibilities include managing and developing international and domestic OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) partnerships, overseeing operations, developing export markets, and managing key accounts in India and overseas.
